Group Piano classes are small. Each student has the use of an electronic Digital piano. Pianos can play “silently” or “aloud” for group ensemble playing. Students will also enjoy Game Time, a wonderful way to teach & reinforce theory skills!  Piano classes are 45 minutes long. Piano classes prove that children enjoy learning in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Friendships develop, and the joy of sharing music is experienced. Students are grouped according to AGE and ABILITY. Parents may attend class recitals.

“I can’t say enough about JAM and teacher, JoAnn Floyd. My 7 year old son has been studying at JAM for going on two years now and as a musician myself, I find the staff and their musical teaching methods to be the extremely comprehensive and most importantly fun and enjoyable. My son loves to go to his music classes and gets so excited when it comes time for recitals.” I highly recommend JAM not only for any child but also for Adults.”

“Our son Dhilan has been taking the group piano lessons with JoAnn for the last 2 years and he loves it. JoAnn teaches the kids music in a fun and creative way and Dhilan looks forward to his piano lessons every Thursday. We would definitely recommend JoAnn and JAM to any parents who’d like to introduce music to their children. Thank you, JoAnn.”

“My 7-year-old daughter, Gwyneth, started group piano lessons at JAM with Miss JoAnn. She said Miss JoAnn “made class fun”. Gwyneth loved going to class and wants to keep playing in the Fall. The environment was fun and stress free for the kids. JoAnn was encouraging and patient and the kids loved the reward system!”
